About

I’m known to the family as James Robinson. Long suffering, season ticket holding, O’Byrne Cup attending, Kildare man.

I work as an analyst in the Financial Services Sector and try to apply some of that experience to football in an attempt to deconstruct some of the more generally held (mis)conceptions on how football teams play/use the ball. The methodology is by no means complete however we have to start somewhere!

Any queries just leave a comment in one of the articles or I can be contacted at dontfoul@gmail.com or @dontfoul on twitter. Please forgive any delay in replying
